On Saturday, 31 August 2024, the organizer of the Loco Beach Festival informed all partners that “Loco Beach Entertainment GmbH” had opened insolvency proceedings.

The Nürburgring supported the organizer to the last and did everything in its power to make the festival possible - including a number of solutions in the interests of the festival, including postponing it to 2025. Unfortunately, this effort was unsuccessful.

The opening of insolvency proceedings for “Loco Beach Entertainment GmbH” means that the company's administrator and insolvency administrator will now determine how to proceed. He will shortly be in direct contact with all those involved, including ticket holders, to explain the next steps.

This disappointment affects the Nürburgring as an event location, all partners of the festival, but above all every single ticket holder who also believed in the new concept.
