Job fair once again a lively meeting place for careers and future opportunities

07.11.2025

Two days full of opportunities, encounters, and career prospects: The “Job Fair powered by Nürburgring” has once again demonstrated how attractive a central platform for training and skilled worker placement can be. Around 60 companies – including renowned names such as the German Armed Forces, zeusaudio, Manthey, and numerous businesses from across the region – presented themselves to the many visitors at the ring°arena on November 7 and 8.

On Friday in particular, the fair was very popular with school classes from the region. Through cooperation with regional educational institutions, the next generation of trainees was specifically targeted – including subsidies for travel costs from the Nürburgring. Saturday was all about local and regional skilled workers. Overall, the fourth edition of the job fair once again attracted a wide audience, who not only took advantage of the opportunity to talk to potential employers, but also enjoyed the interactive elements of the fair, such as racing simulators and the German Armed Forces' experience zone.

“The job fair powered by Nürburgring exemplifies what our ring°arena is all about: a versatile indoor location that offers space for entertainment, business events, and trade fairs alike – and thus successfully brings together a wide variety of events,” explains Nürburgring Managing Director Christian Stephani. "The positive response from exhibitors and visitors in particular shows the potential that lies in such formats. Even though we are continuously developing our portfolio, offerings like this remain important drivers for our strategic direction."

Indoor event diversity continues at the Nürburgring
The job fair marks the start of the indoor season at the Nürburgring, which has numerous highlights in store until spring 2026. The comedy format NightWash Live (November 15) will follow this coming weekend, and cheerleading and guard dance championships will then transform the ring°arena into a sporting stronghold several times over. At the beginning of January, the International Rhein Shiai, one of the world's largest karate tournaments, will start again, before the Darts am Ring Gala brings an Ally Pally atmosphere to the Eifel in March.

The “Job Fair powered by Nürburgring” has thus not only once again proven its importance for career orientation, but also fits seamlessly into a strong and varied indoor program that underscores the appeal of the Nürburgring beyond the motorsport season.
