Will my ticket remain valid for the new date next year?

Tickets purchased for the original date on 01 - 02 August 2020 or the replacement date on 12 - 13 December 2020 remain valid for the new date in 2021.

What do I have to consider if I can't attend the new date and want to return my ticket?

If you are prevented from attending the 2021 event, you can return your ticket and receive a refund.
  
To make it easier for you to return your ticket, please note the following information:

  • If you purchased your ticket as a system ticket in our info°center or in our online store, you can return the ticket to us with the ticket return form to the following address: Nürburgring 1927 GmbH - info°center, Otto-Flimm-Straße, 53520 Nürburg.
  • If you purchased your ticket with the shipping option Ticketdirect (print@home) in our online store, please send us an e-mail to info@nuerburgring.de with the following information for the refund: Bank account (IBAN) and name of the account holder as well as the order number stated on the ticket.

The processing for the refund of the ticket price, less shipping costs, will start as soon as we receive the ticket return form including the ticket. This process will of course take some time, so we ask you to be patient until then.

Is there a time limit that I have to observe when I get my ticket refunded?

In order to be able to make the refund promptly, the ticket including the return form must be returned to Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG in the near future. Please note the above mentioned instructions for the return of the ticket.
