  2. The tickets are only valid for the stand areas as stated on the tickets or in case of RFID tickets according to the electronic coding. Tickets do not entitle to fixed seats or a certain standing room, if no fixed seat has been assigned to the visitor. This applies in particular if the capacity limit of a particular ticket category has been reached.
  3. If an event is canceled, the respective general terms and conditions of the organizer apply.
  4. Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG uses an electronic control system to regulate access to the stands. Please take note to properly scan your ticket at the exit in order to guarantee a later re-entry without any problems.
  5. Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG employs CCTV cameras for securing the premises.
  6. Images of spectators or visitors to events: For public coverage and for promoting the event, Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG, the event operator, their commissioned representatives or any other authorized third parties (e.g. radio, press) are entitled independently of each other and pursuant to Art. 6, Para.1, Sentence 1f) GDPR to produce video and audio recordings which may show the ticket holder as spectator at the event concerned. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer directly so that your wish can be taken into account.
  7. Publication of event recordings: Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG, the respective organiser or third parties engaged or otherwise authorized by them pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 f) GDPR process and utilise photos and video recordings of public events within the scope of public coverage and for purposes of promotion (in the press as well as on their own pages and profiles on the Internet), which show visitors to the respective event and can be publicly broadcasted. Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG processes the recordings on the basis of its legitimate interest in reporting on and promoting its public events (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

KG will specifically inform visitors about this and obtain their prior consent. If you have given your consent to the publication of recordings, you can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future by notifying datenschutz@nuerburgring.de. Any data processing prior to revocation of consent shall continue to be lawful. Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG can pass on photo and video recordings on the basis of the above-mentioned legitimate interest under certain circumstances to affiliated companies pursuant to § 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) as well as to e.g.: Radio and/or press, if such recipients support Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG in the publication of the recordings. The interest of Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG in this case consists in reporting on and promoting its own events. Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. Photos and videos may be produced with private electronic devices which can be used without any additional appliances, such as a tripod, and can be used from the spectator’s position (seat or stand) and which do not disturb the spectator experience of other visitors to the event.
  10. By entering the premises you agree that a) the use of the aforementioned recordings, data and photos for any kind of public advertising, exhibition, commercial profit or any other purpose (except private use) is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co. KG and shall be regarded as breach of terms and conditions for which you may be held liable, and b) that, if so requested by Nürburgring 1927 GmbH & Co.
