What is the online portal for tourist rides?

The online portal for tourist drivers makes it easier and more comfortable to book a lap on the legendary Nordschleife. Register once, add credit and come to the track. With their Green Hell Card and the Green Hell Driving App on their smartphones, drivers get quick access to the race tracks so they can start their lap straight away.

Tourist drivers not only benefit from thelower prices on weekdays but can also secure bonus laps thanks to the bonus system. Users can check their credit balance online or via app at any time, and also access a variety of current track information.

Two tracks – one system
Tourist drivers pay only EUR 25 Monday through Thursday. Friday through Sunday and on public holidays, one lap on the legendary asphalt costs EUR 30. Those following in the footsteps of Schumacher, Vettel and the like pay EUR 29 per 15-minute stint on the Grand Prix track. Once users have registered, they can book all rides comfortably and at any time through the online system or via app.

Best of all: the more credit is added, the more bonus points are credited to one’s account. From 10 percent for additional credit worth EUR 100 and more to 20 percent from EUR 500, Nürburgring fans can thus secure extra laps. And those who just can’t get enough of the “Ring” can get a season ticket for EUR 1,900 through the portal.

Always up to date and onto the “Ring” without delay
With the online system, tourist drivers take the wheel themselves. They decide, independently and simply, how many laps they want to do and when to do them. In doing so, they are always informed about current weather conditions, track news and the number of vehicles currently on track. In addition to the web portal, all functions are also available on users’ smartphones. Via the Green Hell Driving App, Nürburgring fans can easily top up their credit at the track, hold their smartphone in front of the scanner at the barrier, and off they go. Whether they use the Green Hell Driving App, Green Hell Card or printed QR code, access to the track is always granted according to the sameprinciple: hold the medium in front of the scanner at the barrier and get the green light. For all their enthusiasm, however, motorsport fans must not forget about safety and driving regulations – thanks to the online portal, tourist drivers have the most important information at hand at any time. And should they be running out of credit, they can simply go online, top up and get back on track. Apart from the portal, tickets for unforgettable driving experiences on the Nordschleife and Grand Prix track are, of course, still available at the ticket office and the info°center.
