Possible training schedule Off-Road training:



Until 9.45 a.m.

Arrival of the participants at the Nürburgring Off-road Park and registration on site in the training room
(see directions)

10.00 a.m.

Introduction to theory and participant briefing. Participants will divided into two groups and consecutively run through the various stations (two participants share a rental vehicle or one participant uses their own vehicle)

Followed by

Start of the off-road training

  • Warm-up: gear shifting and approach exercises
  • Guided drive through the grounds
  • After each section there will be a short briefing and a change of drivers Sections include for example:
    • uphill and downhill courses
    • axle-twisting obstacles
    • driving on different surfaces

12.45 a.m.

End of event

  • Debriefing
  • presentation of certificates

1.00 p.m.

Farewell, departure of the participants

 

The training programme may vary depending on the weather conditions and the participant group!

Important information for the participants:


Participants must be in good physical condition to take part in the training course. Participants must declare that they are unaware of health-related ailments including nervous conditions and mental disorders. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and must hold a valid class B driving license. This must be duly presented on the day of the event! During the training no passengers are permitted. The contents of the training course will be adapted according to the customer’s vehicle and may therefore vary.


Weather:


Spring, summer and also autumn days can be very pleasant in the Eifel region, but they can also be cold and windy. Please dress accordingly and be prepared for all eventualities! If it is not possible to drive in the Off-road Park due to weather conditions, please be aware that in some cases the training course must be cancelled and rescheduled for another date. Safety always takes priority! We kindly ask for your understanding in such circumstances.


Footwear & clothing:


Activities take place on the off-road grounds and it is recommended that participants bring comfortable, weather-resistant clothing and sturdy shoes. Robust clothing which you don’t mind getting a little dirty is also recommended.
