Participants are welcomed in the Nürburgring Driving Academy and a theoretical introduction is held in the seminar room

• Theoretical introduction for the formula training
• The workplace in a formula car
• Driving physics (racing line, types of bend)
• Commentary on the route (circuit 3)

Driver equipment

• Put on racing overalls
• Introduction to the formula cars

1.45 p.m.

Formula training begins

• Warm up: switching and starting exercises
• Guided driving on the racing line with position change
• Short driver briefing after stints

5.00 p.m.

End of the course and participants leave individually
