Die Toten Hosen celebrate birthday!

Rock am Ring has now been writing rock festival history for over two and half decades. From 1 - 3 June 2012, Germany's most popular open air event will be showcasing exclusive festival appearances. Die Toten Hosen are the first headlining set for Rock am Ring!

The band which occurred already five times and which had legendary performances with and without gypsum, has decided to celebrate its 30th anniversary with their fans at the Nürburgring! "For a successful birthday party a few requirements are essential: careful selection of guests, tolerant neighbours and a suitable party location. So it is reasonable to host the official party for our 30th anniversary at Rock am Ring, because somehow this is our own living room ..."

The 26th set of Rock am Ring inspired thousands of fans again

Clashes between different superstars of the modern music scene is typical of the 3 day event in the Eifel. In total, almost 80 bands from a wide ranging artistic field will enthuse the fans. And the Rock am Ring event can now look back on a 26 year history. Their unique history, the continual actuality and the special open-air setting are what makes these twin rock festivals fascinating.
